A Brave New Cocktail
Our favorite bartender, Eric Eastman from @easyandcompany, served us one with mezcal, along with two more of his favorite things: friends and oysters.
Gather 0-20 of your besties, then shuck and eat 12-200 oysters, preferably from @thefishguysinc and save the shells in a large glass jar. Fill the jar with mescal, preferably @Cruzdefuego_Mezcal from Wine Co Spirits. Wait 2-6 hours and strain the mezcal through a coffee filter.
Batch the cocktail as follows:
2 parts oyster-infused mezcal
2 parts @bordiga1888 rosso vermouth
1 part Bordiga bitter
1 part Bordiga Aperitvo
To serve, stir and strain individual cocktails onto a @mnpureclearice rock, with a grapefruit twist as a garnish. Cheers!
